Kare kano and kimi ni todoke are both very similar in how they use thier inner voices, at the start both characters have trouble telling the guy how they feel but the guy manages to say it at the start. Both get together and work through their relationship with comedy throughout the episodes.

psylence

Both series feature the budding relationships of two high school students, with all the emotional highs and lows that come with that. The two shows also share additional plot elements like a childhood friend of the main boy who doesn't like the main girl getting too close to him. In short, both series have a similar atmosphere and are simliar mixes of comedy and romance.

Toradora!

Toradora!

Ryuuji Takasu has an eventful life: his classmates think he's a delinquent due to his 'killer' eyes; his crush Minori seems ever out of reach; and he’s just had an unfortunate encounter with 'palm-sized Taiga' – a feisty and dainty wench in his class. With different cleaning habits and tempers, the two clash like night and day; that is, except for the fact that Taiga and Ryuuji have crushes on the other's good friend! With school rumors abounding, the duo must now work together to play matchmaker for each other. Who will end up with their true love?

Toradora! and Kimi Ni Todoke are both very tense anime's when it comes to the romantic factor. You really want to know if they end up with eachother. Check this anime out.

Nakahara Sunako, a high school girl whose interests include horror movies, coffins and gore, is sent by her aunt to live in an extravagant mansion with four ridiculously handsome boys. As if living with these “radiant creatures” who give her constant nosebleeds isn’t hard enough, she soon discovers that the boys have made a bet with her aunt: in exchange for free rent, they will try to mold Sunako into a magnificent lady. As someone who has cast aside all her femininity and sworn to live in darkness, Sunako is ready to do whatever it takes to nullify these efforts; but is there a way for the creatures of darkness and light to coexist?

In a way these animes have a complietly differant feel to them,

The characters seem similar at least but the main male in wallflower is the polar opasite almost. Even thought there are so many differances, I find these two very similar... The feel of the ANIME is similar, and some of the characters desighn is similar... (although the most similar to wallflower is Ouran High School Host Club, Obviously ;))
