Apart from gender bender problems, in both titles main character (who actually a male) was killed by alien and situated in the different body - female body.

Candy Boy

Candy Boy

Yukino and Kanade are twin sisters who now share a room at their new school in Tokyo. Ever since they were little, the pair has been exceptionally close – perhaps even a bit too close for siblings when eyes are turned away. But soon a girl named Sakuya, who often tails the two, begins to grow closer to Yukino; and after an alleged confession that she hears about, Kanade begins to get worried that something is going on behind her back. Can the three of the girls keep their relationships with each other on stable ground, or will jealousy and heartache come crashing down on them?

Both Kasimasi and Candy Boy are lighthearted and comedic shows, with pretty animation and pleasing character designs. They take place in a high school environment and have heavy undertones of a shoujo-ai love triangle.

Chobits

Chobits

I don't really know why but after finnishing Kasimasi and trying to think of recommendations Chobits came to mind. There really is not a lot in comon but I guess it gives somewhat the same feel. Both have some comedy and drama. Though Chobits probablly has less drama. Chobits does not have a love triange but it does have couples with some problems. The endings to both shows both have the same feel to them.

Hitohira

Hitohira

Asai Mugi's everyday life is very much impacted by a singular problem: she suffers from extreme shyness. Her sole friend Touyama Kayo would like to help her out as they've just entered high school, but Mugi's shyness is the sort that steals her voice entirely. It is too bad for Mugi that a freak shout on her part attracted the attention of Nono Ichinose. Nono is on a mission to save her Drama Research Society, and she isn't prepared to accept shyness as excuse from on-stage performances! With a small group of close friends to encourage and educate her, Mugi will be given a chance to be more than she is now. But, can someone so terribly shy really become a stage actress in just a few short months?

Kasimasi is definately Shoujo-Ai, but I think if you liked the subtleties of young women helping each other through the vagaries of school life and clubs you'll be well pleased with Hitohira as it deals directly with those issues.

Both series have a main character who is indecisive about their loves, and both are not driven by ecchi moments that make the plot shallow.
