The timid, virginal Kouta is a new student at Kunpo High School; and while others in his situation might be a wallflower forever, Kouta has no such luck – he has attracted the attention of the busty Chizuru, who happens to be a fox deity! However, Kouta’s misfortunes don’t stop there; he’s also pursued by Nozomu, a wolf deity. Between being molested, propositioned, having his face shoved between mammoth breasts or witnessing endless panty shots, Kouta must also attempt to maintain his studies – even though all Chizuru and Nozomu want is to be the one to deflower him first!
Tazusa Sakurano is a 16-year-old girl whose beauty is worth $10 billion -- or at least, that's how she describes herself. She is a skilled figure skater who represents Japan, and is working hard to earn a spot in the Olympics; but unfortunately, at the same time that she fumbled on her triple lux, a ghost possessed her body! His name is Pete Pumps, and he now sees all that Tazusa sees, and feels all that she feels -- especially hard falls. The two have no idea why Tazusa's body was chosen, and how to undo it. If things weren’t complicated enough, the media also hounds Tazusa for being a poor representative for Japanese women in the figure skating arena, and worst of all she has absolutely no privacy! Realizing that there's no way fight against the situation, Tazusa and Pete work together to give their best performance in figure skating.
Even though both anime show completely different plot lines, there are still a few similarities. Spirits like Pete from Ginban Kaleidoscope and Chizuru from Kanokon are able to light up your everyday life simply with their presence. The one is striving and ready to help. The other is a little horny. But the both of them are kind-hearted and loving. They will do anything it takes just to make their most important people happy. And that's not all there is to see - there are many shared feelings and secrets that tie together Sakurano and Pete (Ginban Kaleidoscope) and Chizuru and Kouta (Kanokon). Just watch and see for yourself!
Both of these ecchi Xebec titles comprise of a love-struck female deity who suddenly interferes with the protagonist's life by dragging him into supernatural phenomenon and making frequent “advances” on the poor guy, much to his distress. Secondly, I’m always reminded of Chizuru (Kanokon protagonist) when Nyaruko (Haiyore! protagonist) smiles grandly, and Nozomu (Kanokon) too who looks like a shorthaired emotionless version of Nyaruko but acts like Cthuko (Haiyore!), which is due to the sharing of similar character designs.
After the death of his mother, young Taro Hanaukyo has no choice but to leave his home and live with his grandfather. Along the way, however, Taro is approached by his grandfather’s personal maid and told that he has not only left the mansion, but that he has also declared Taro the president of the Hanaukyo family. As the president of such a prestigious family, our hero now has many challenges to face; from endless paperwork to even fending off the advances of Jihiyou Ryuuka, a woman after one thing: his hand in marriage!
Both Kanokon and Hanaukyo Maid Team feature a boy-ish male lead that is completely useless with women. The plots both utilize over-sexualized women who delight in taking advantage of the male lead. The fan-service and innuendos in both are very borderline making these ecchi comedies push the boundaries of what is considered acceptable for television.
All the perverted Issei wants is to squeeze bountiful boobs all day long, so he's thrilled to join Kuou Academy, a once all-female high school filled with gorgeous girls. But little did the boy know that after finally getting a girlfriend, she'd turn out to be a fallen angel who'd drive a lance through his heart, killing him on the spot! Luckily, the beautiful and busty Rias, his popular classmate who's actually a demon, revives him under one condition: that he'll become her servant. Now, Issei finds himself in the middle of a fierce chess game between demons, fallen angels and exorcists, and the fates of his new friends lie in the balance!
This anime is rated 18+ and is just like Kanokon, alot of fanserivce, in my opinion...
Really good story line to both of these animes + jokes here and there but mainly these animes are alot alike
HS DxD: Fighting scenes, Joke (Dirty), Fanservice, Harem
Kanokun: Fighting scenes, jokes (Dirty), Fanservice
Manaka Junpei is an average guy who has only two dreams in life: to become a filmmaker and to find the girl of his dreams. Luckily for him, after a chance encounter on the roof of the school, he has a lead on the girl! She was wearing strawberry panties. Unfortunately, he can't figure out which one of the five girls chasing him it was; but he gets plenty of chances to find out the color-of-the-day in his Cinderella search for his one true love!
The main guy has 2 or more girls around him all the time, most of them in love with him, lots of ecchi, some panties there, some panties here, ichigo 100% shows less than kanokon and has a better plot, but if you like ecchi harem animes you'll enjoy both of them.
