Kotoko Aihara has always been in love with Naoki Irie; he’s tall, handsome, and rumored to be the most intelligent student in Japan – who wouldn’t be? Only one thing stands in the way of a relationship with Irie: Kotoko is ditzy and is at the bottom set of her school, and Irie-kun hates nothing more than ditzy, stupid girls. When disaster strikes and Kotoko is forced to move in with Irie-kun’s family, she suddenly sees her chance to bridge the gap. After all, even cool, super-intelligent guys must have a soft spot, right?
For some reason I picture Kaichou wa Maid-sama! And Itazura na Kiss together. The interplay of the two main characters seems similar in a way and the series focus on their relationship.
A comedic school romance, these two animes are similar in that...they just are! haha However they focous on different issues.
The cheery Kobato Hanato is on a mission to heal people’s damaged hearts and gather the resulting “konpeito”; she must collect one hundred of these candy-shaped trophies in order for her deepest wish to be granted: to go to a certain place. Along the way, she’s accompanied by an ever-disgruntled, talking stuffed animal of a guardian named Ioryogi who scores her efforts, attempts to keep her on-track, and reminds her of the rule governing her task: she only has one year to fulfill her goal.
If you liked this then I suggest Kobato, it is a lovely light hearted anime with a cool story line. The main reasons for my suggestion of Kobato is because it is super funny and also with a great storyline. I believe that any who enjoyed Kaichou wa Maid-sama would also appreciate Kobato for the simple reason of light hearted comedy.
Kobato has the same style of animation, and the romance is quite similar to Kaichou wa Maid-Sama.
Have a problem? Talk to Otogi Bank, a student aid group that helps people get what they need – for a hefty price. Led by Liszt Kiriki and staffed by tsundere Ryouko, inventor Majolica, jealous Otohime, flirtatious Tarou, serious Alice, nervous Ryoushi and maid Otsuu, Otogi Bank assists with everything from helping break into a rival school to convincing an upperclassman to not quit a sports team. Can Otogi Bank manage to make all their clients happy, and most importantly, will Ryoushi ever manage to win Ryouko’s heart?
Both anime deal with romance in high school life. They both have strong female leads, and while the boy in ookami-san seems weak he actually protects the girl like in kaichou wa maid sama. If you like one of these your sure to like the other.
The female leads are similar in a sense that they are strong on the outside but is gentle on the inside. The male lead backs her up from behind and protects her from danger. Funny anime too. I love the narration.
Years after having been exiled from the Kannagi household for being unable to utilize their fire magic, Kazuma returns to Japan, only to discover that the Kannagi family's very existence is threatened. Unknown to them, during his absence, he had become a Contractor and thus acquired a vast strength in wind magic. Not showing any remaining contempt for them, he offers to help solve the Kannagi household’s problems in return for large sums of money. Together with his younger brother Ren and the feisty heir to the Kannagi household, Ayano, he fights to protect those he cares about... for a price!
If you want to hear more of Ayumi Fujimura, watch both of them ^_^. There's more to a little bit of tsundere-ness to the both of them too.
I've watched them and they're really good. both female roles have problems with the male characters. Just watch and enjoy! :D
Fifteen-year-old Yamada has just entered high school and is gung ho about achieving her ultimate goal: to have one hundred sex partners! There’s just one problem: she’s a virgin, and she hasn’t even had a boyfriend! To get the ball rolling, Yamada decides to target a shy boy named Takashi from her school; but even though he is also a virgin and she ruthlessly aggressive with her feminine ways, it’s not as easy as Yamada hopes. Though they begin to have feelings for each other, will Yamada and Takashi ever get past first base?
So the subject matter of both these anime are very different, and the relationships between the main characters are also very different, in fact, the only thing these anime have in common is their heart-warming hillarious romance. B Gata H Kei and Kaichou wa Maid-sama are two of my favorite anime, I laughed so hard in both and they still had enough of sensual content to satisfy and make me smile between bursts of laughter. 2 great anime not to miss!
B Gata H Kei and Kaichou wa Maid sama are very similar. Both main female characters are very tsundere even though what they're feeling/want is very clear. They have a very romantic and agressive indirect relationship and even though they kiss and hold eachother the tsundere prevails hahaha. If you like I'm sure you'll love the other.
