Gakuen Heaven and Junjou Romantica are yaoi romances set in a school environment. Plenty of humour and fluff dominate both titles. Gakuen Heaven, for all its innuendo, is considerably tame compared to more adult content in Junjou Romantica and both titles offer enough eye candy and comedy to share a common fanbase.

Both series deal with the relationship between men, yet goes about it in different ways.  Very similiar in their setup with money not an issue, it's surprising just how much they are the same.

If you prefer series which explore the relationship between people while they're going out then both Kare Kano and Junjou Romantica cover this. What makes this combination good is that there isn't the drawn out getting together part resulting in a series that can focus on the going out part. As such liking one will mean you enjoying the other

Though Junjou Romantica is a bit more focused on forced advances, both it and Kusatta have a similar comedic and lighthearted feel. Love triangles abound in both, and since you clearly are into shounen-ai, you'd surely like one if you liked the other.

Lesson XX

Lesson XX

High school life is good for Morifuji Shizuka. With good grades, popularity and a fair share of friends, he is not to be left wanting -- except for one thing. Although the all-important finals are around the corner, the one thing on Shizuka’s mind is his classmate, Ichitaro Sakura. But is this attraction real love, or simply something physical? Both Junjo Romantica and Lesson XX are animes about young boys discovering who they are.  Even though Lesson XX is obviously an older anime it's still good.
