Yoiko

Yoiko

Fuuka may have the voluptuous body of a well-endowed twenty-year-old girl, but in reality she’s only a fifth grade student. After her mother goes overseas to work, Fuuka moves in with her relatives – including the masturbation-obsessed, eighteen-year-old Jiro – and begins attending Tonbori Private Elementary School. Between meeting new friends such as Miki and Kenji, Fuuka finds herself learning about lingerie clubs, the best way to put on a swimsuit, and when it’s not a good idea to walk around the house naked. For a typical elementary school student, Fuuka’s not-so-typical body helps keep every day a new adventure!

Chio's School Road

Chio's School Road

Miyamo Chio, a first-year at the completely ordinary high school Samejima Academy. Chio just wants to get through her school life without standing out too much, but for some reason, all kinds of obstacles await her along the path she takes to school. Her long-time friend Nonomura Manana, who's trying to quit being an otaku; the flawless Hosokawa Yuki, who occupies the top caste in the school; and lots of nameless people about town find themselves in Chio's path as she employs the (useless) techniques she's acquired from her Western video games in her daily efforts to get to school.

Both are about the misadventures of a female protag trying to get out of various predicaments without getting hurt (too much). Both rely on crude humor but Ippatsu tends to be more vulgar and in your face (while also teaching you some basic physics via an enthusiastic narrator explaining what is happening on screen).

Both anime are comedies with unusal sense of humour. They also try to teach about some basic science in every episode.

Comical Psychomatic Medicine uses the typical for anime "connect two loosly-related things" formula for jokes, but executes them really well and made me and my friend laugh almost every short episode. Sometimes it even made us wonder "how did they come up with THAT". I'd recommend the show to anybody if occasional echii scene is not an issue and you'd like something different.

Ippatsu Kikimusume on the other hand, is something you don't want to be caught watching. This one is much more than unusual. It's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen, and I was wondering if there's something wrong with the team behind it multiple teams while watching. I don't regret watching it, I wanted unusual and it is. Just in a slightly gruesome way. If you ever contemplated what would be the worst anime to recommend to a newbie, it might be just that (please don't do this).
