Tomoya Okazaki is a third-year high school student who is generally bored with life and doesn't take his studies, future, or anything else seriously. One day, however, he meets a lonely-looking girl in the school courtyard, Nagisa Furukawa. She explains to him the source of her loneliness: she had missed a lot of the previous school year and thus is repeating her third year; everybody that she knew has already graduated, and she is lonely. Tomoya is rather indifferent at first, but decides that he has nothing better to do and spends increasingly more time helping Nagisa restore the school drama club. As his relationship with Nagisa grows, Tomoya begins to open up to various other people around the school as well...
They are both harem and have very nice stories. They have similiar characters and are very well done.
My recommendations are out toward clannad because the storyline splits off into every personal line, with the main male character having a relationship with every character so it fits what everyone want, some people like it when he goes with the shy character like in hoshizora e kakeru hashi, but if you like the more forward character, they have it. I give Clannad 5/5 stars, Hoshizora e kakaru hashi 4.5/5 stars. Please remember that this entire storyline that im talking about are storys that split off, Clannad:after story, Clannad: alternate world. kyou chapter, Clannad:alternate world, tomoya chapter
they're basically the same. The main guy is loved by most of the girls, but he "chooses" the one he truly loves. I suggest this to all of those who like the same genre and happenings with different settings
When Junichi 'Gene Killer' Nagase saved the beautiful and wealthy Yuuhi Katagiri from bullies one day, he had no idea that he'd actually assisted his would-be wife! For what Junichi didn't know is that he and Yuuhi's fathers decided they would be wed, and Yuuhi has arrived in his town to decide if her betrothed is good enough for the job. After a humiliating and unwanted first kiss, Yuuhi moves in with Junichi to evaluate his worth; and thus, Junichi's life is changed forever. With embarrassing situations at every turn and a bride-to-be that thinks he's uncivilized and brash, what's a guy to do?
Both start out as your typical boy meets girl harem where a simple kiss does wonders. If you enjoy the whole off beat comedy/sorry for the misunderstinading of Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi, then this would be a natural substitue.
the graphics are completely alike. The story is pretty similar too, except that in this one the two lovers don't really like each other in the beginning.
Aside from being harem anime based off a visual novel, the protagonists have siblings who suddenly transfer to a new school with him. As the plot develops, dramatic love triangles form in a very similar way. If you found this at least somewhat interesting, watch the other.
Both these animes is about a boy going to a new school and meet new friends (most part of them are girls) and eventually fall in love. both are really great animes
Kaede is a devoted high school student who lives with her adopted brother Rin. She holds a quiet confidence that one day, when Rin finally starts showing interest in sex, he will make the obvious choice and turn to his loving sister. But what Kaede wasn’t counting on was the lords of heaven and hell coming to Earth, wanting Rin to mate with their nubile daughters! Rin, like any teenager would, takes full advantage of his newly acquired harem; but how long can he keep up his carefree, boxed-lunches-on-the-rooftop lifestyle, as the horde of girls on his tail grows?
They are very similiar to each other. The characters, situation are quite generic to the harem genre. They both have lovable stories and characters.
both animes are very good if u love one u will surelylove the other. shuffle has a couple more twists along the way but they both follow a similiar path with a main male charcter falling in love with one girl out of the many that love him. and both have charchters u will fall in love with.
After losing their parents, twins Haruka and Sora travel to the countryside to start a new life. The two soon meet new friends in the shrine maiden Akira, wealthy Kazuha and well-endowed Nao, amongst others. As the days go by, Haruka learns more and more about the new ladies in his life, all the while being a patient confidante and good friend, leading him into their hearts, as well as their loins. Meanwhile, Sora can't help but have a recurring memory of her brother kissing her as a child…
In both anime the protagonist moves into a new town with their sibling that they care about the most. Eventually before they know it they become the center of a romance story involving many girls. Although yosuga no sora has a lot more ecchi in it, both stories feature a complex love story.
In both of these series the protagonist is comming back to a town that he once used to live in, and faces many challenges with old relationships as well as new relationships that are beginning to grow. Both of these series have many characters that begin or are in love with the protagonist, which makes Hoshizora and Yosuga no Sora a good watch.
