In the city of Salta, a place where the sun never shines, a community of vampires lives. Hipira is a little vampire who lives the life of a typical boy, attending school and dealing with bullies along the way. However, he also has a soft spot for exploring, playing pranks on others and having grand adventures! Whether he’s befriending a human soul, scaring his neighbors by pretending day has come or encountering giant frogs and aliens, Hipira is always getting himself into and out of trouble.
Tiny, abandoned Nyanpire would have died when he was the kitten if not for the help of a kind stranger… a stranger that happened to be a blood-sucking vampire! Bringing the feline back to life with a few drops of his blood, the man then vanished, leaving Nyanpire to fend for himself. Now, the whimsical kitty lives with Misaki as her housecat, and spends every moment of the day figuring out a new way to find or beg for blood, even if it means turning to a friend such as the samurai Masamunya or angel Nyantenshi!
Hipira and Nyanpire are two very cute, oddball looks at vampires with a family friendly tone. Excessively cute, to boot!

Both are short series that features the everyday life of a cute vampire. Despite them having a very different animation style, if you liked one you'd enjoy the other.
