For High School DxD, it's kinda like a game, like Kampfer. Both have some perverted scenes and such, and both have the genre of fighting.
kampfer and high school Dxd are alike because they both have a plot werer a person is getting used to there powers and the people around them.
Hiro Hiyorimi is a boy who moved to the city to live with his sister; but as he was walking around town one day, he sacrificed himself to protect a girl from being hit by falling beams, and subsequently lost his life. If you like demons, contracts, male main characters who comes back from the dead, list goes on. If you like High school DxD or Monster Princess (Kaibutsu Oujo) You'll like the other; they have simular plots, a princess (or siblings who fight to be the prince/princess) who can bring dead humans to be underlings and do their bidding.
High school DxD has more echi, fan server, some comedy, and is like a harem.
Princess Resurrection has more blood and violence.
Boy ends up as a servant to a powerful supernatural being? Both High School DxD and Princess Resurrection are two peas in a pod.

The biggest similarities between High School DxD and Devils and Realist are mainly to do with the connection to hell and demons. The lead characters in both kind of end up connected in a similar fashion, technically through death either reincarnation or death and resurrection. Both characters become a focal point of sorts of demons and angels. There is at least one eyesore in hell in both cases that obsesses over the lead character.
Religion, angels, devils, and school play huge parts in the plots of both these animes. While the mc of Highschool DXD becomes a devil and fights alongside his fellow devil friends, the mc of Devils and Realist is a scientific young man who is responsible for choosing the next devil king, except he doesn't really believe in all that stuff. However, the Angel Michael in these animes are totally opposites.
It’s a new year and Aono Tsukune and the rest of the gang are now second year students. Now, Tsukune has more than ever to deal with; from being stalked by Shirayuki and trying to get closer to Moka, to the appearance of Kokoa who hates her sister’s sealed form and doesn’t think twice about attacking Tsukune, it is certain that it won’t be a quiet year for the students at Youkai Academy!
Both have a supernatural monsters in it. Rosario+Vampire is more about a Harem where a normal kid is surrounded by a bunch of girls who are monsters. High School DxD is about a boy who gets turned into a demon by a girl. Both series have lots fighting in it.

While watching High School DxD i was reminded of"Reborn". High School DxD is a ecchi anime and "Reborn" is not. However High school DxD and "Reborn" are alike because they both have similar competitions the "ranking game" in DxD and the Vongala games( i forget what it is called). the main characters of each anime both use gauntlet type weapons.
