HiMM and Karin are both decent romantic comedies. Full of laughs, drama, and a good bit of fan service, both anime are decent enough to watch. Whether you're into sexy maids or voluptuous vampires, these are anime for you.

In both of these shows, perverted young master buys or hires a maid and proceeds to abuse and harass her, dress her up, and generally provide huge amounts of fanservice to the viewers. The main difference is that in Koharu Biyori the girl is a robot, while in He is My Master, she's a real girl.
