Both He is My Master and HMT are about unbelievably rich people and maids. He is My Master can also be seen as a parody for this kind of anime.
HIMM and HMT are both maid-themed "harem" ecchi series. There's plenty of fanservice and cute girls in fetching uniforms, for those who enjoy that sort of thing. The biggest difference is probably that the male lead in HIMM is the sexual aggressor, whereas in HMT, it is the maids that pursue the "master" of the house.
Seperate sides of a coin here. Hanaukuyo's protagonist stumbles across a mansion filled with maids that will tend to his "every" whim. He is My Master's protagonist happens to have two sisters stumble upon his mansion and he forces them to become his miads and serve his every whim. Both are hilarious and it's fun to see this super-harem and anti-harem back to back.
though the mains in these two are on opposite reseaving ends of the maids they both turn into a hilarous showand leave the charactors in some very how shoud you say... unfavorable circumstances with others
Fanservice? Check. Ecchi? Check. Maids? Check. The hilarity in both of these anime almost make it seem like they were made for each other! While the young master in Hanaukyo Maid Team seems more bashful than the young master in He is My Master there is never a dull moment in these mansions.
She cooks, she cleans, and is a lethal fighting machine. Mahoromatic, former Vesper battle android, has chosen to give up her weapons, extending her remaining life from 37 to 398 days. As Misato Suguru's maid, she fights battles of another sort, fending off an amorous teacher on one hand, ecchi magazines on the other. Can Mahoro save Suguru's innocence?

Do you like maids? Mahoromatic and Hanaukyo Maids La Verite have enough maids to drive you mad. They both also have lots of ecchi, comedy, and drama that will leave you drooling, laughing, and crying on the edge of your seat!
While the ecchi aspect of Hanaukyo maids is alot more appearant than the ecchi aspect in Mahoromatic. Both series are maid animes, Hanaukyo more than Mahoromatic. Hanaukyo maids is intended for older public in this case, since it has some more mature jokes. As a last point: If you like more plot, check out Mahoromatic instead of Hanaukyo Maids.

Wihle Hanaukyo maids is intended for alot older public, you might like both series. The romance aspect in Hand Maid May is much more appearant than Hanaukyo Maids, which focusses mainly on the ecchi genre.

The similarities ar estunning: A lot of good looking females, ecchiness (note: the official R2 DVDs of Girls Bravo contain actual nudity) and one guy. Both have a main character suffering of woman allergy.
Girls, check. Ecchi, check. Guy surrounded by both of these and has an alergic reaction to girls? Check! With a new twist on the ecchi harem aspect, the guy can't stand it! Both series are good for a laugh at the situtaions the main characters get themselves stuck in.

If the love story building within HM is your forte, then you\'ll also love the love story in AYA. Nowhere near as much fanservice, however.

If it's the fanservice you want, this one is a good choice afterwards, but the basic plot isn't as good, IMO.

Chobits and Hanaukyo Maids share quite a few similarities. They both have typical romance comedy elements (ecchi included), and use a very similar male lead. While the humor in Hanaukyo Maids is brought about differently, both have a familiar feeling to them.
Keitaro Urashima is somewhat of a failure. In order to fulfill a promise he made to a girl fifteen years ago, he has tried time and again to get into Tokyo U but has never managed to pass the exam. However, fate smiles upon him and he ends up working for his aunt, managing an all-girls dorm! And will he ever end up meeting that girl from his past?

Love Hina: the harem comedy classic! The chances that you haven't seen this yet are slim, but if you haven't: don't put it off any longer!
Hanaukyo Maids uses a lot of components that can also be found in Love Hina after all. Be it the male lead, the crazy comedy or the lighthearted romance; if you liked Hanaukyo Maids there are plenty of reasons to pick up Love Hina.
Did you think the chaos at the Hinata Inn is over? No way! Love Hina Again introduces a new girl--Kanako--who has a big crush on Keitaro and magical powers on her side! Will Naru finally confess her feelings to Keitaro, or will he literally be 'charmed' away?

Hanaukyo Maid Team and Love Hina Again are both harem comedies filled with lots of ecchi. Yet there is not really any perverseness in these anime and the humor is very circumstantial. On top of that the characters are also very alike (a warrior, a scientist, etc). If you liked Love Hina Again you'll probably love Hanaukyo Maid Team and visa versa.
