Well, both anime are rather the instructive type. Although they are about fighting the blood plays only backstage role. Both main characters are weak, shy and always scared. But they have a hidden determination that differs them from other people. I really enoyed watching them as they are both action/comedy animes. They are light series but to some extent, the level of violance is rather high well THEY ARE fighting anime after all. But there's nothing even close to what there is in Tenhjo Tenge.
