Game to anime translations, both Resident Evil and the Hack Trilogy will appeal to both gaming and action junkies. The familiar faces and console atmosphere in both shows make them the ideal partners. I highly recommend both playing and watching the accompanying games and shows to these movies, but geeks will lap up the battles in both.
