Both anime are about assasins and both future similar concepts like brain washing. Well both of those shows are rather low quality (on all layers), but if you liked one of them, then the other one would probably entertain you as well.

Both series will also please any fans of the girls-with-guns kind of anime, which leads me to believe that if you like one, you'll certainly enjoy the other.
