Golgo 13 is the codename for one of the world's most deadly hit men, a man whose identity is unknown and sought after. After a routine hit on the son of a wealthy oil tycoon and a shadowy figure known as Dr. Z, Golgo 13 soon finds himself on the other side of the gun barrel, being pursued by a mysterious organization whose deadly plans involve killing the man himself. With little time and lots of ammo, Golgo 13 must pursue his would-be killers, while simultaneously trying his best to stay alive!
Jubei Kibagami is just a wandering swordsman minding his own business... until fate lands him in the middle of a battle with the terrifying Devils of Kimon! Now the fate of all of Japan lies in the hands of a vagabond samurai, a deadly female ninja and a perverted old monk as they take on an enemy who is, literally, immortal.
You're here for the sex and violence, right? Well, these old school anime films have gore and girls aplenty, plus a stone-cold stoic hero and some pretty monstrously weird villains. Ninja Scroll is by far the better animated of the two, though I personally find Golgo 13's absurd masculinity more entertaining. Neither are all that great, but there are worse guilty pleasures.
Mad Bull is a rogue cop who doesn't take crap from anyone. In a metropolis laden with sex and violence, he makes his own law as he executes violent criminals according to his own laws. Now, his rookie partner Daizaburo is exposed to his controversial ways and must decide whether Bull is a real hero or worse than the criminals he's fighting!
Follow interstellar bounty hunters Spike Spiegel and Jet Black as they scour the galaxy for criminals with prices on their heads. Hoping to escape their past, they live on the spaceship Bebop, but it's a dangerous business and old enemies don't forget easily. Allies come from unlikely sources, however, as they find comrades in the beautiful swindler Faye Valentine, the genius child hacker Ed and the genetically engineered 'data dog' Ein. Will they be able to help each other though their respective struggles, or is their fate really inevitable?
In the year 2808, criminals are no longer just wasting space in prison cells. The Cyber Police have turned to using these “patrons” by giving them a choice. Their sentence, or to work with them to catch other criminals and knock some years off their sentence. But getting off easy isn't, as each criminal is fitted with booby trapped collar that operates on a 24 hour cycle, stopped ONLY if they capture their intended targets. As time runs out on each case, someone's head must roll... the target's, or their own!

If you are so inclined to see a story of the seedy underworld, and what it is like to be a person who kills for his profession you can not go wrong here. Both titles have some good ol blood and guts and are more adult in nature.
