Synopsis:

Golgo 13 is back, and has taken on a new case. His mission? To assassinate a woman known as "Queen Bee", a beautiful revolutionary who has her eyes set on assassinating one of the presidential candidates. But as the task continues, the big picture is revealed, and Golgo 13 soon realizes that there is more to Queen Bee, and his case, than he originally thought.

Perhaps a strange recommendation, but this is one of those "i just think you'd like it" ones. The characters in each are torn by their emotions and pasts, and each also has a tragic end. Very interesting plots in both.

In the year 2808, criminals are no longer just wasting space in prison cells. The Cyber Police have turned to using these “patrons” by giving them a choice. Their sentence, or to work with them to catch other criminals and knock some years off their sentence. But getting off easy isn't, as each criminal is fitted with booby trapped collar that operates on a 24 hour cycle, stopped ONLY if they capture their intended targets. As time runs out on each case, someone's head must roll... the target's, or their own!

Think of Cyber City Oedo 808 as Golgo 13, but with a sci fi kick and even more badass attitudes. I liked this OVA much more than Golgo 13, and I think you will too.
