If you liked the Girls Bravo anime, the Anime-Planet community thinks you'd like:
Kaede is a devoted high school student who lives with her adopted brother Rin. She holds a quiet confidence that one day, when Rin finally starts showing interest in sex, he will make the obvious choice and turn to his loving sister. But what Kaede wasn’t counting on was the lords of heaven and hell coming to Earth, wanting Rin to mate with their nubile daughters! Rin, like any teenager would, takes full advantage of his newly acquired harem; but how long can he keep up his carefree, boxed-lunches-on-the-rooftop lifestyle, as the horde of girls on his tail grows?
Both Girls Bravo and Shuffle have one boy and a pack of girls, and lots of ecchi humour -- it's what makes them good! Shuffle maybe has more drama, but that just makes it better.
These animes are really similar.
Rin gets to chose from girls that are outta this world! One comes from the demon world and the other from the god world. The only difference is Rin is not awkward and all of the boys are envious of him. This harem is funny.
Yukinari on the other hand is puny and is allergic to girls. He too finds a girl that is from another world and guess what? He is not allergic to her. The adventures they have are soo funny. It fact this is a harem because a lot of girls like Nari despite his condition. There is also an obnoxious perv that adds to the fun.
Keiichi Morisato is just your average college student until one day, fate interjects as he makes a call for take-out food. Unknown to him, he reaches the Goddess Help Line, and contacts a goddess named Belldandy, who grants him a wish. Thinking it to be a joke, Keiichi wishes for her to be his girlfriend 'forever'.
In both AMG and Girls Bravo, a beautiful girl appears in a loser's life, causing a great love story to begin. Ah! My Goddess isn't a harem anime like Girls Bravo, and it is a little more serious, but they are still very similar.
Watch and you'll see!
Morisato Keiichi has always had bad luck. No matter what he does or how he acts, nothing seems to go his way. His bike frequently breaks down, his classmates take advantage of him, women ignore and scorn him, and on top of all that, he’s only 5'3". In Heaven, when someone’s bad luck and good luck are so heavily out of balance, Belldandy (Goddess First Class, Second Category, Unlimited) of the Goddess Assistance Agency comes to the rescue. Belldandy grants Keiichi one wish to make up for all of his bad luck, but when Keiichi wishes for Belldandy to stay by his side forever... the trouble begins. Can Keiichi keep Belldandy by his side, or will outside elements force her to return to heaven?
Ah! My Goddess and Girls Bravo share a lot of similarities. Both anime start with the main male character which is either lonely/has a problem. Then one day they meet the girl of their dreams and their life gets a lot more interesting. There's a tsundere character that wakes up and finally starts looking for the affection of the main male character, then the herem of woman join the frey. There's plenty of laughs and feel good moments awaiting. If you liked one I'm sure you'll love the other.
Kakeru Daichi is an openly perverted sixteen-year-old boy who has never had a girlfriend. One night, after a refreshing shower, the boy decides to have a drink and opens up a can of melon soda; but his first sip turns into his first kiss as the can suddenly transforms into a cute girl! After his initial hesitance to acknowledge her existence, Kakeru - as her new owner - names the girl Melon and allows her to stay. Melon, as it turns out, is part of a government project in which aluminium and steel 'Akikans' fight each other to determine which is the superior type of can. Completely against the idea, Kakeru insists that Melon will not fight. Though with the appearance of Budoko, a grape juice Akikan; and Yell, a sports-drink Akikan; it seems that they won’t be able to avoid the battles forever.
Both of these shows have a main character that suddenly has to cope with having a strange, and cute, girl thrust into their homes and lives. Also, both shows feature openly perverted boys in the forms of Kakeru and Fukuyama. While there are differences in the series, if you liked the ecchi nature and somewhat pointless plot of one, then you may well enjoy the other.
Ikko is a Buddhist monk in training who works at his grandmother’s temple with six nuns -- six very attractive nuns. Though lazy, weak and unmotivated to learn the skills of a monk, amazingly strong holy powers sleep inside of Ikko that are triggered only by the awakening of his, shall we say, lust for worldly delights. A vengeful spirit is haunting your home? A flash of pantsu, and Ikko's your man. But therein lies danger; what really is the secret behind his mysterious powers? And how many hits to the head from angry, semi-naked nuns can a man take?
If you're the kind of person who never tires of seeing raunchy panty shots, or immense bouncing boobies, then Amaenaideyo and Girls Bravo are definitely shows that you will love.
Both are probably lacking a little in the story department, but take one idea and run with it for two seasons. Pushing the boundaries of taste and decency, both are a harem type fantasy show that will have you laughing out loud throughout.
