The battle between good and evil wages on in the town of Kawasaki! Sunred, a sarcastic, cranky hero often battles the forces of Florsheim, an evil organization out to achieve world domination! But for General Vamp and the rest of the Florsheim gang, attaining such a goal won’t be easy. Between helping Sunred move, deciding how to throw out a used frying pan, disputing over stolen ramen and recruiting new members, there’s never a quiet moment in Kawasaki!
If you enjoyed the wacky and random humour of Gag Manga Biyori 3, then check out Tentai Senshi Sunred. While Sunred has more of an ongoing plot, it matches the insane comedy you tend to find in Gag Manga.
Is crazy and completely random humour your thing? Cause if so both shows have plenty of it. Wacky casts that will make you laugh till it hurts. Sunred has more of a plot to it where Gag Manga is pure strange all the time. Both are different from the normal type of animation you expect and have shorter episode lengths. I'm sure you'd enjoy one if you liked the other.

Aliens can begin their invasion of Earth, only to be thwarted at the first step; cats can plot their revenge on their careless owners; and children can frolic in the fields with a giant robot. Ever wondered what the average day in the life of an animator is like? Or can a small pellet-spitting alien distract a young boy while he reads manga, in order to escape from his room? And will the machine that a small boy and his pet built allow him to steal a kiss from a girl? From following a group of young women recovering from heartbreak, to the owner of a music store who views his customers as little more than cash on legs, still “the clock ticks on and on in 60-second cycles.”
If you enjoyed the variety of different scenarios portrayed in Gag Manga Biyori 3, then you might want to check out Ani*Kuri15. While not all the shorts in Ani*Kuri15 are comedic, those that are generally tend to have a similar sort of pacing to them as Gag manga, so if you enjoyed that, then Give Ani*Kuri a try.
