Sousuke Sagara is far from the average high school student - not only is he highly trained in military tactics, he puts his knowledge to use in every single applicable situation (and even those nonapplicable ones.) So, when confronted with high school, he tends to turn average high school experiences into off-the-wall adventures. Love letters become terrorist threats and field trips become commando operations; his survival depends on the watchful eye of his best friend and classmate, Kaname. Together, they may just make it out of high school alive...
Naeko and Kousuke Fujiwara have just been given a gift from their grandfather: the mess of a mansion they live in will now be cared for by two capable maids – Fubiki, a beauty that appeals to Kousuke’s fetish; and Kogarashi, a huge, strong man who will perform his maid duties to his fullest! What the two don’t know is that they are the last in line for their family’s inheritance, and these two “maids” have been hired to protect them. For Kousuke, this new life is a dream come true; but for Naeko, her mammoth, gravity-defying breasts will never be safe from Kogarashi or any other male’s antics again!
Both series are about a normal (albeit special) teenage schoolgirl who is protected by a man with little to no respect to social norms and common sense. The resulting over the top slice-of-life comedy is equally entertaining in both cases. However, where Fumoffu pretends to be realistic, Maid Guy is decisively larger-than-life and much more fanservice-y.
We have an aggressive high school girl and she has someone who looks after her in a very special way, namely without any common sense, ignoring normal people and placing their mission over everything. Literally.
A super skilled militant set to protect an outspoken high school girl in their own special ignorant way. That is the comical setting of these shows, and very comical it is. Great slapstick humor that very similar to the other, so watch the other, cus you will love it just as much.
both are about a guy who is highly skilled trying to protect a woman. but the guys usually end up doing something stupid to make the woman angry. and often get beat up by them. both are extremely funny and will have you laughing for a while while still maintaining an adequite amout of action.
Deep in the mountains, isolated from civilization, there is a boys-only school that will finally be receiving its first class of girls in an attempt to transform the school into a co-ed one. Most of the boys have never been in contact with girls of their own age, leading to an explosion of hormonal craziness. From the sickeningly perverted fetishist guys, to a rather odd girl that seems to be chasing the most normal guy in the school for reasons known only to her, there's twisted humor to be had.
If you liked Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu you should also like Green Green because they share a similar comedic style.
F City, F Prefecture: the battleground where good and evil have finally chosen to decide once and for all who will rule the world…or at least that's the general idea! Neither side seems up for the task, as surviving the brutality of everyday life is enough of a chore. On the side of evil is the organization of Across, its only member the loudmouthed and abrasive Excel who struggles just to put food in her stomach; on the side of good, three disenfranchised, unemployed bachelors whose only pursuit in life is romance. Add in alien invasions, jungle warfare, and Mexican immigrant laborers to Japan, and this war doesn't seem likely to be ending soon!
Just plenty of fun and nonsense for a quick watch you won't regret unless you were also looking for a more thorough and complex show.
Not much mental work, but lots and lots of laugh assured!
Both Anime have a very spastic, random humor that just sends a message straight to your funny bone- Laugh!
Lovely Complex is a story of a boy and a girl. The girl, Koizumi Risa, is much taller than the average Japanese girl; and the boy, Atsushi Otani, is much shorter than the average Japanese boy. Due to their immense difference in size and constant bickering with each other, the duo is unwillingly the school’s comic relief. As Risa and Otani continue to provide endless laughter for the masses, their friendship develops; and with that, so does Risa’s feelings for Otani...
Both series are great for a good laugh. They share strong female leads amd dense male leads that not only makes a great combination for a relationship comedy, but are unique from all the other generic romances out there.
Both series are all about ridiculous comedy with relationship problems as in misunderstandings, interferences and love rivals! If you liked one, I'm sure you'll love the other!
She cooks, she cleans, and is a lethal fighting machine. Mahoromatic, former Vesper battle android, has chosen to give up her weapons, extending her remaining life from 37 to 398 days. As Misato Suguru's maid, she fights battles of another sort, fending off an amorous teacher on one hand, ecchi magazines on the other. Can Mahoro save Suguru's innocence?
If you are looking for a good laugh then look no farther because Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu and Mahoromatic are some of the funniest anime around. Both of these series are so full of gut-busting laughs that they will knock a average person out cold.
