Super Kuma-san and FLCL share a very quirky abstract weirdness that can't properly be defined. If you found one amusing, then I'm sure you'd get a real kick out of the other. Neither one is very long, and could easily be seen through to the end in a very short time. quite funny.

Elf Princess Rane

Elf Princess Rane

Go Takarada would like to believe he's the next Indiana Jones, but how much treasure can he find in his own hometown? Not to be daunted by such trivialities, he continues in his pursuit to find treasure and be famous. His luck turns up when the mystical elf princess Rane appears before him. Together, they seek magic stones and mayhem, despite their inability to communicate. This comedic adventure keeps you laughing right up past the credits.

Random sporadic nonsense litter an otherwise interesting plot, yet you can't help but laugh at the weirdness of it all. FLCL shares a walk through inanity and insanity with Elf Princess Rane, though FLCL is far more violent in its approach. Delivering more "Huh?"s per minute than anything else I've seen.

URDA

The ships' two living passengers are the only ones who know its whereabouts. Like FLCL, URDA is another recommendation based on the amazing strangeness and difference of style. URDA also opens a new door in the style approach. This is a very weird series, but one of my favorites.

Project A-Ko

Project A-Ko

A-ko is the brawn, B-ko is the brains, and C-ko is, well, C-ko. They'd make a great team, but A-ko and B-ko are rivals for C-ko's friendship, and if that wasn't confusing enough, there's an army of extra-planetary forces gunning for her too. The battle begins, though not without some comedy!

Project-Ako is quite possibly the original anime parody. It pokes fun at just about every aspect of anime. Though older and not quite as "zaney" as FLCL, it still is a great series worth watching.

Princess Tutu

Princess Tutu

Once there lived an eccentric author called Drosselmeyer who wrote grand tragedies - one of them was the tale of a prince who sealed away an evil raven by breaking his own heart into tiny pieces. However, before the story could be completed, the author died and the tale took on a life of its own. Now, in a town where fiction and reality meet, the story continues on its tragic course with Ahiru, a duck who transforms into the beautiful Princess Tutu in order to restore the prince's heart. But will Ahiru's act of love be enough to defy the story's terrible destiny and lead to a happy ending?

Kind of a wierd jump into fairy tales. I first watched it because someone told me it looked very FLCL-ish (hard to say what it is, but it does, kind of) and whatever it is, I've been a fan of it ever since.
