E's Otherwise

E's Otherwise

In the not too distant future, discrimination is based not on the color of your skin, but the psychic powers you possess. For one man named Kai, his journey from one of Ashuram's best to one of Gald's finest will take him through the heart of a conspiracy that threatens to destroy not only all E's, but all humans on the planet as well...

The lead male characters in both E's Otherwise and Fate/stay night are extremely similar. They both want to do what's right and save everyone they can, but along the way they both begin to doubt exactly who they're fighting for and why they're fighting. Both series also have a fair amount of action, F/SN more so than E's. If you enjoy the characters and the action in one, you'd surely like the other.

FSN and Shana II have a similar flow of action and romance. I doubt you will regret watching one if you liked the other. Happy viewing!

ShikiTohno ShikiTohno says...

Both Rozen Maiden & Fate/stay night make use of the servant-master relationship, and a battle to get past obstacles, as strong central themes. In Rozen Maiden , the conflict is the Alice Game, while in Fate/stay night it is the Grail War.

The children eagerly sign the contract, name their new weapon Zearth, and must now take turns to pilot it; but the 'game' is in fact all too real and the consequences of battle become the stuff of nightmares. Sheex Sheex says...

Unlike Fate/Stay Night, Bokurano is a team deathmatch scenario executed properly. It has a satisfying lack of retarded, idealistic lead characters and provides for a much more solemn, appropriate atmosphere. Though not quite perfect, Bokurano vastly surpasses the emotional weight befitting of such a story, and, unlike Fate/Stay Night, carries a number of twists and turns scattered throughout.

In many respects Ah! My Goddess is FSN but with more humour injected in and a lighter atmosphere.

Both Shirou and Keiichi have big hearts and care for the people around them and will do anything to protect their friends and the ones they care about.
