Ah yes, boobs. The funbags that make the world go round and the givers of life, balancing out the checkbook and what have you. Eiken is the textboob definition of boobage and relentless perversion that's taken up to 11 and breaks the dial. Samurai Bride is about an 8, but still has it's fair share of boobs and large mammaries, even going as far as having most of it's characters have large boobs with a token male of any prominance. Same with Eiken, except it has two males of any note.
Samurai Bride is more action-oriented than simply ecchi but it also focuses less on plot and more on random crap that leans towards fanservice, just like Eiken and both as a whole lack any real substance or depth. Neither are intelligent by any means and are simply perversion fuel, completely pointless and stupid but stupidly fun if you're into fanservice-based comedy.
The Qwaser of Stigmata II

No sooner has the matter of the Sword of Maria been resolved when word comes of a NEW ancient artifact: the Magdalene of Thunder! Now Sasha will have to go deep undercover as a female student at the all-girls’ Seirei Academy if he wants to discover the identity of the holder of this legendary item. But when another Qwaser also comes searching for the Magdalene, Sasha will have his hands full juggling class and his newly assigned Maria, Hana!

Boobies are the only item on the menu in each of these shows, so if that's your thing then look no farther than these two turds.
Eiken is more comedy focused and is heavily censored, hell, there ain't a nipple in sight. Qwaser on the other hand tries its hand at a real plot, obviously it fails, but it tried to be serious, it also has a lot of nudity. Both should satisfy your need for upper lady parts though.
Bikini Warriors
