If you liked the Ebichu anime, the Anime-Planet community thinks you'd like:
Life can be tough when you're a teenager. Enter Tsukino Usagi, an average, if somewhat clumsy, junior high student whose voracious appetite for sweets and capacity for tears are offset by her enthusiasm for life. Her normal existence is suddenly turned upside down when a talking cat named Luna comes into her life. Suddenly, Usagi finds herself with the ability to transform into the superhero known as Sailor Moon. Fighting the occasional monster may be the least of her worries, though...
These shows have absolutely nothing in common except for the seiyuu (voice actress), Kotono Mitsuishi. That's right, Usagi Tsukino is the same voice as the extremely crude Ebichu. That fact alone makes checking the other show out worth it. This only applies to the Japanese version of Sailor Moon.
As the mighty star fleet of the planet Keron prepare their invasion of Earth, Sergeant Keroro and his elite team of commandos have been sent to infiltrate the enemy strongholds and gather as much intelligence as possible. However, it seems even his extensive military training is no match for the forces of Earth, as he is discovered and captured by the two middle school siblings, Fuyuki and Natsumi. Submitted to the rigorous torture of housework duty, the amphibious Keroro must now bide his time, covertly locate his squad-mates, and resume his mission of conquest!
Wakame High School has its fair share of weirdos, and transfer student Fumiya "Fuumin" Okometsubu is about to meet the strangest one of all. Planning to make one hundred new friends, the first to step up to the plate is Masaru Hananakajima. Becoming an unwilling student in Masaru's secret martial arts style, the two embark on enrolling more unsuspecting victims to learn the "Sexy Commando" way of fighting. Recruiting Kyasharin, the feeblest strong man in the world; and Kondo, the aspiring manly man; the group embark on a voyage of moronic triviality. From an outrageous sleepover to playing the baseball Game of Honour, the team must finally pull together and remove their pants for the National Sexy Commando Tournament!

If you liked Space Neko Theater you might like the other. Also if you enjoyed Ebichu, might as well put Neko under your belt.
