In Victorian England it is commonplace for the rich and wealthy to have a staff, led by a head butler, to run their households; the Phantomhive Estate is no different. The young and demanding Count Ciel Phantomhive, child owner of a toy company, lives in the grand countryside manor. Sebastian is his head butler, and the epitome of perfection; he effortlessly and gracefully completes his day-to day chores and fixes the countless mistakes of the other employees. However, whilst on the outside all seems prim and proper, a more sinister secret lies just beneath the surface. Sebastian is in fact a demon bound by a contract with the young count; he will loyally serve and fight for him in return for his soul.
Both Earl & Fairy and Black Butler are set in the late victorian times. If you are a fan of the Victorian era then these anime might be for you although Black Butler has more of dark feel to it, it is still worth watchin because if Ecgar was to your liking then Sebastian will also be a favourite
Both main characters in Earl and Fairy and Kuroshitsuji are very similar. Both of them are nobles and have a sad past that they want to escape from. Because of this both characters have something they want to achieve with the help of their servants. The setting is also similar with magical/supernatural elements to it. Black Butler is darker than Earl and Fairy but if you like one you will definitely like the other.
Shirayuki is a spunky pharmacist with bright, apple-red hair unlike anything anyone has ever seen. Even the prince of the kingdom she lives in is entranced by her locks, and demands that she become his concubine. Not wanting to be viewed as an object prized purely for its novelty, Shirayuki flees civilization and heads towards the forest. Here, the girl meets the charming Zen, who rescues her from Prince Raji's clutches and reveals that he is a prince as well. The two become close friends, and Shirayuki decides to return to Zen's castle with him, to pursue her dreams. But becoming a palace pharmacist isn't easy, especially since her unusual hair color and close relationship with the prince tend to draw unwanted attention...
If you liked either show for its plucky female protagonist, dashing male lead, light romance, and historical/fantasy setting, you'll find plenty more to love in the other show! These two shows have a lot of similarities, and if you enjoyed one, I think you'll like the other.

Yano Motoharu is the most popular guy in class, the school’s basketball ace, and highly charismatic to boot! No wonder Nanami Takahashi can’t resist falling in love with him. When Yano returns Nana’s feelings, things seem too good to be true and the two begin a relationship; but Yano has a contradictory personality which confuses Nana most of the time. On top of that, tragic events in Yano’s past won’t stop haunting their relationship. Unable to halt their passionate feelings, are Yano and Nana heading for disaster or can they save each other from irreparable hurt?
Both animes are related to a love story. One of the "lovers" in each of the stories has a past where there heart was broken by love.
As in Earl and Fairy, The Fairy Doctor when she had a relationship with a young boy. The boy only was with the girl because he lost a bet. No one likes a girl who believes in Fairies and isn't pretty.
As in Bokura ga Ita, Yano durring a previous year he had a relationship with a girl. Including other events in the past, Yano started to hate love.
Also, I think that both animes have simular artists, The artwork of both animes are JUST WONDERFUL! I really do like the pictures and the backgrounds though the stories. If you like either, then YOU MUST watch the other.

Both animes are related to a Romance and Shoujo. Also they have exceptional good looking guy(s)?
As in Revolutionary Girl Utena, Utena is a girl who pretends to be a knight but also a girl? She has a special powerful sword and needs to duel people. There is an end of the world person who is the seeker prince and the princess who carries the sword. It's confusing like .hack//Sign's backgrounds for characters.....
As in Earl and Fairy, Edgar is the prince and carries the sword. Lydia is the key that finds and answers the riddles. Lydia labels Edgar as a villian, but isn't a villian? The multiple evemies are all enemies of each other so forth enimies of your enimies, but they are not allies, they are all enimies.
Both animes contain nice artwork, and the Ultena series tries too hard for the artwork to look different. If you like one, you might like the artwork of the other? They are both good series and are related to tresure; not gold tresure, but tresure as you need a key to get what you want.

If you occasionally like to indulge in girly fluffiness, Earl and Fairy and Tsubasa will both satisfy those needs. Packed full of dashing bishounen rushing to aid the beautiful heroine, there is love and romance, action and chivalry - enough to make any fangirls knees tremble.
If you like fantasy and magic, both of these shows are highly enjoyable examples that you should watch.
