If you liked the Denpa Teki na Kanojo anime, the Anime-Planet community thinks you'd like:
Rin is a private investigator with an advantage: near immortality. Thanks to the spores of the Yggdrasill tree, both she and her assistant Mimi have lived many years longer than the average person. That isn’t to say that being immortal doesn't have its problems. With 'angels' wanting to devour them, the being Apos sending wave after wave of professional assassins to kill them, and constant hangovers from long nights of drinking, being immortal still has its downsides. With Apos' attempts at removing them from the picture increasing, can Rin and Mimi figure out what he is after so they can return to their morning shots of Vodka?
both animes deal with an astonishing mystery aspect (better defined in Mnemosyne), a extreme horror aspect and both have many bloody scenes. Both animes have mature/sexual themes (way better developed in Mnemosyne). In both animes we see female characters as main protagonists. If you like one of this two you will definitely like the other one as well.
In the streets of Tokyo, a new menace has surfaced: Shounen Bat, a young boy who wears golden roller skates and a baseball cap, and likes to whack people on the head with a golden baseball bat. These seemingly unconnected and random attacks soon become a police investigation... but after all is said and done, is there a pattern to this chaos?
Both are psychological and have a lot to do with how people percieve reality. To each part of Denpa Teki there is a mystery/investigation element which escalates into a psychological drama with elements of violence thrown in... which is a lot like the formula for Paranoia Agent, except more centered on a small group of people, whereas Paranoia Agent shows the reaction and involvement of the Shounen Bat cases in a wide area.
