Although both DTNK(denpa teki na kanojo) & BS(bungaku shojo) are of totally different plots & genre they are similar in their somewhat dark romantic feel. The female leads were initally looked as weird characters but as soon as story flows both of them makes the veiwers become attached to their roles. if you are like one then you will surely like the other. ^_^
Join Tadakuni, Hidenori and Yoshitake as they undergo the trials and tribulations of life in high school. Each episode presents the boys and their classmates in unique situations that you may or may not have faced in high school yourself! You'll laugh! You'll cry! (But hopefully laugh more.) You'll be astounded by the zany antics of the Sanada High School community!
The girls in both shows are batshit insane. If you have a things for girls with abnormal personality, and amount of loose screw in the head, check both show out, seriously.
Denpa teki na kanojo, you know the drill, is a mystery anime with girls killing and dying. That's enough for you to guess what kind of girls will pop up in the show. If you are surprised by the girls in this show even when acknowledging its plot, then watch something beside Naruto and come back later. I recommend you googling 2 girls 1 cup though, for instant vaccine to this kind of characters.
Danshi koukousei no nichijou, literally: daily lives of high school boys. This one is tricky, but look at it this way, you have seen harem anime that give 100% attention to hot chicks and 0% to the male right? The one that male characters have no personality whatsoever. This things work other way around in DKNN.
The boys here are more prominent and the girls are intentionally made into a dummy character with one emotion. You will see most girls doing the same stuff all the time. Why? Because we are not following them all day long, the anime only show the batshit insane side of them in order to make jokes. Because they are joke characters and not a central interest of the show, whenever they show up, it's goofy time.
But here comes the promise: if you have a refined (aka. fucking perverted) taste for girls and want to sees girls with crazy emotion, and ONLY crazy emotion, this is a show for you. Whenever girl A shows up: SUDDENLY MIRAI NIKKI, whenever girl B shows up: SUDDENLY SCHOOL DAYS. Well, something like that.
And for those who read till the end, thanks for reading, and do not google what I told you to, seriously, SERIOUSLY. I said that twice because it's important.
Demons are escaping from the underworld, and causing much havoc on the population. Possessing both human bodies and artifacts alike, the demons are inconspicuously forcing people to commit murders; the demons must be stopped! The task of returning – or exterminating – the offenders lies with Enma, Kapaeru, and the talking witch hat Shapoji; can Enma and the gang banish the demons before things get out of hand?
Both of these titles happen to come from the same studio. As such, they present the same atmosphere of mystery and dread. The stories revolve around "ordinary" people who find themselves in extraordinary circumstances, and the strain that it can cause on them. If you like broody storytelling and dark plots, both of these are worth a look.
The always-hungry Yako Katsuragi is a super famous high school-aged detective who cracks the hardest of cases with ease – at least, that’s what the general populace thinks! Behind the scenes, Yako is helped by Neuro – a maniacal being from the demon world who is looking for new mysteries to devour. Alongside local detectives and a helpful sidekick, Yako and Neuro will solve the unique and the bizarre cases that plague the city; but will Yako ever discover the truth behind her father’s supposed "suicide"?
The anime have two things in common.
1. The main character is somewhat of the passenger in a car, they see everything happening, but the other protaganist is the one that works things out and fixes everything. In Neuro, Neuro is the one always solving the mysteries... while in Denpa, It is Ame who takes to the field and saves Juu, or figures out the mystery herself. Another part to it is that Juu and Yako are ordinary people, while Ame and Neuro excel in their abilities.
2. The mysteries in both anime are a "Who Dun it", but the the audience never really has a chance to figure out who it was. The characters just figure it out themselves and then capture the villain, usually there is little room to find out who it was.
