Galaxy Angel and DearS are both on the shorter end of the anime scale as far as length. "Short and sweet" could easily summarize both of these anime. Dears and Galaxy Angel both revolve around a troupe of comedic female characters and have a sci-fi/space theme. If you enjoyed one you will surely enjoy the other.

Both Dears and Hayate the Combat Butler are whimsical. They bring unlikely couple-esque combinations together with well thought out intelligent humour. They are enjoyable for an older anime crowd, and while tailored towards women they are not bad for men to watch as well.

Both of these anime's have a very ecchi feel to them, there for the humor revolves around this topic. The main characters (Ren and Youko) have a mysterious backgorund that will draw you to them, and they are both very cute. Also, in both anime's all the males lust after said main character except for the male that is closest to them.
