Synopsis:

The long war between mechanical men and humans has ended and the two races live under a mutual peace. Captain Warrius Zero of the Terrestrial Federation finds himself the captain of a powerful battleship with a mixed crew of humans and mechanical men, and a mission: stop the Space Pilot Harlock before his strikes against mechanical men restart the war! However, between mysterious equipment malfunctions, attempted mutiny, and pirate mechanicals disguised as people, Harlock feels that he is being tested; but by who and for what purpose? Armed with a ship, a loyal crew, and his own moral convictions, Zero sets out in pursuit of the truth behind his assignment.
