Chrono Crusade and Elemental Gelade have in common the fact that the main characters fight in order to achieve peace on earth. In both animes they are helped by specialized organizations. Also, there is a story that develops between the characters , and the fact that the girl and the boy are different in both CC and EG gives strength to their relationship.

If you enjoyed watching Chrno Crusade, you'll definitely like Elfen Lied, because both animes deal with some prejudice and important issues.
Elfen Lied is a bit more obscure than Chrno Crusade, and misses the religion theme, adding violence and lack of censuring instead.
Though it may seem a little different, the most attentive watchers will realize that these two animes have much more in common than they seem to at first.

If you're into the thrills which Chrono Crusade initially gave in its initial epiodes, Ghost Hunt is definitely for you. It offers the same shrill as Chrono Crusade. The plot is similar in terms that they both deal with exorcism. However, Chrono has its own story depth, while Ghost Hunt is episodic in nature. Nevertheless, Ghost Hunt also explores creative Religious dealings, only, it is more focused on exorcisms and horror.
