Tamako Market was originally intended to be a full-blown magical girl series, which mostly shows in Dela.

Aside from that, these two share the slice-of-life , friendships and love elements. The casts are somewhat alike, with Tamako and Sakura having many similarities. (Such as being oblivious when it comes to people being in love with them.)

Both are cute and if you like one there is reason to try out the other.

Telepathy Shoujo Ran

Telepathy Shoujo Ran

Joining Ran is the cocky and beautiful Naha Midori, a fellow telepath who has just transferred to Ran's school. Together, Ran, Naha and Rui will experience the joys of middle school, and the perils of the supernatural!

There are many similarites that I found in both of these animes.

Both Ran from Telepathy Shoujo Ran and Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura are magical girls. Though Sakura uses magic from cards where Ran uses just her own powers, it's magic nonetheless.

They have a good friend that know the magical secret. Even their older brothers know about it all!

But Ran and Sakura aren't the only ones with magic. They meet a rival who, at first, are at bad terms with them but they soon becomes friends after some events.

If you're a fan of one of these shows, the other will be a good choice to watch.

Both of these great anime are both made by CLAMP. Their beautiful drawing and characters are very similar in style. They both follow great storylines and have magical situations. Pdersonally I enjoyed both of them and I think you will too.
