As a devout Christian, the naive Mari Amachi joins the Perfect Religion Academy, only to find her roommate Saori Minami kidnapped shortly after! Praying to her own God, Buddha himself appears before her offering her the powers of Gautaman – with them, she can transform into a magical girl who uses the power of her sumo belt to battle the evil and the perverse Black Buddha gang. As the sumo loincloth tightens, her strength increases and not even a wedgie from Darth Veda can defeat her! Will bearing her butt be too much for the innocent Mari, or will she accept her fate and use her derriere for justice?

Earth has been struck by a major catastrophe, causing most of the land to be covered by water. Meet Aika Sumeragi, a scavenger who unearths everything from nostalgic treasures to lost technology from the depths - for a price. During a routine assignment to find the rumored energy source Lagu, she finds herself face to face with a man called Hargan and his harem of scantily clad women named Delma! Now, with danger afoot, Aika finds herself smack dab in the middle of a conspiracy involving secret weapons, a crazed scientist and of course, panty shots galore!
Both of these animes are what I'd like to call perversions of the Magical Girl genre. While still maintaining the "magical girl transformation", the two animes are more focused on fanservice and panty shots. If you liked one (for whatever reason), you'll probably like the other.
At the Spartan Institute, students have access to a quality education -- at a price. The headmasters are lecherous old men, the punishment for poor grades (if you are female, that is) involve removing clothes forcefully through a variety of means, and for girl named Mayumi the torment never stops! Who better than to save the day than Kekko Kamen, a mask-wearing superhero who wears nothing but... her birthday suit?! With villains to deal with such as an S&M femi-nazi and a samurai who removes clothes with his sword, Kekko Kamen has a lot to handle, breast jokes aside!
Butt Attack Punisher Girl is essentially Kekko Kamen without the nudity but with a little more humor.
Life can be tough when you're a teenager. Enter Tsukino Usagi, an average, if somewhat clumsy, junior high student whose voracious appetite for sweets and capacity for tears are offset by her enthusiasm for life. Her normal existence is suddenly turned upside down when a talking cat named Luna comes into her life. Suddenly, Usagi finds herself with the ability to transform into the superhero known as Sailor Moon. Fighting the occasional monster may be the least of her worries, though...
Gautaman is basically a parody of magical girl anime. If you like the fighting style, and the idea of a regular-seeming girl obtaining the fighting powers of a secret identity, you'll like Sailor Moon.
Teioh High School is renowned as being the worst educational institute in all of Kanto, and its principal has given up hope as the teachers abandon him one by one. That is, until a crazy and mysterious man named Ganpachi Chabane arrives, promising a new era of discipline for the unruly students despite his shadowy history. His unusual techniques are not received well and Hinako, a beautiful gang leader, uses her unrivalled strength to dispose of this new ultimate teacher. Can she still defeat this perverted man once he discovers her cotton-wearing weakness?
Both set in highschool, you get to watch the antics of some superpowered freaks as they unleash some highly questionable special attacks at each other. If you like anime that is action, with an unhealthy dose of parody and makes very little sense, you will love both Butt Attack Punisher Girl and Ultimate Teacher.
