Both shows portray the daily lifes of police officers. If their setting are quite different, they're actually very similar in terms of tone and humor. Burn-Up Scramble is the wackiest of the two, while YUA is slightly more realistic (and less ecchi), but both can be enjoyed by anime police series fan out there.
