Inuyasha and Blue Exorcist have the main character is a half demon sword fighters that fight with humans
Blue Exorcist and Inuyasha are similar in ways where the main character learns to live with his heritage and overcomes the obstacles that block his way. In Blue Exorcist, Rin has to fight the monsters that attempt to kill him, while in Inuyasha, Inuyasha fights the monsters that have a mutual goal.
Both anime evolve around demonic forces. The main protagonist is a thick-headed young man who takes out enemies with a sword. However, fully transformed, neither can really control themselves, and require the aid of a special group of people to finish the job.
Blue Exorcist and InuYasha both share the fact that the main character is half demon, half human and with their demon powers they decide it is their duty to protect the world from the evil demons. They also both have their loyal band of friends with a variety of other powers and fighting skills to help them along the way. Rin and InuYasha also both choose a demonic sword made specifically for them as their main mode of fighting.
Similar in several integral themes and with half demon main characters, the shows have a lot more in common then they appear to at the surface. While they both occur in very different locations and time periods, the characters share some similarities. If action packed adventure and epic half demon dudes are your thing, or if you liked either of these anime, you'd like the other one.

they have the life as exorcists but devil may cry is more into exorcising while blue exorcist consists of school life and exorcism and has a sense humor kinda like a double personality, right?
Very similar storyline, Action packed and fast moving, its just a shame this animie is so short unlike the game franchise which is excellent too.
A demon-hunter/exorcist with demon blood who uses a sword to take down demons. Add in the abilities of the protatonist's friends/acquaintances, and you have some pretty interesting fight scenes. The protagonist is also a fairly sarcastic person with a tendency to cause collateral damage during a fight.
Both of animes are demon tagged animes. Both of main characters in these two animes try to defeat Beasts or devils.
Teito Klein is a former slave who attends the Barsburg Empire's military academy. Watching Ao no Exorcist, I got a strange sense I'd seen this scenario before, and then I remembered 07-Ghost. An orphan, with an extraordinary power locked away inside them, is suddenly thrust into a power stuggle between light and dark. Both Teito and Rin are unsure of their powers and this often leads to intense battle sequences. Both involve a church organization (priests or exorcists) which the protagonist joins in order to harness the power within him.
Both have similar feeling, both deal with people who get involved in a "second" world! So, I'd say just enjoy both, the story is similar as well!
07 ghost has demonic magic qualities that overflow in Blue Exorcist. Both are semi-serious with generous amounts of comedy thrown in at random times

Both involve demons and supernatural power aswell with that hilarious sense of comedy.
Both aired in the same year so the animation quality is about the same ofcourse each has its own style.
Beezlebub has more comedy in it whilest Blue Exorcist has more focus on drama. Well in other words they both have the same amount of drama but in Blue exorcist its given to you in a serious way whilest in Beezlebub the drama is completely covered in hilarity.
Demons, fast-paced action, and great casts is what these 2 titles have in common. Not to mention they are both delightful shounen series. Beelzebub is a little more lighthearted and comedy filled than Blue Exorcist but both have a very similar feel to them that sucks you in.
Demons, are the main focus in both series, One has Satan and other has Demon King. Both Have Good Action,Comedy Scenes and A little twist of Romance.
Both series feature Prots who had Demon Powers forced on them and Strive to FInd companions and Beat enemies along the way.
In a world where supernatural beings known as youmu are hunted by Spirit World Warriors, Akihito lives an eventful life. He’s a half-breed from a human mother and a youmu father, and is immortal - a fact that saves his life on a regular basis, for his bespectacled classmate Mirai can’t seem to stop stabbing him in the chest. She’s a Spirit World Warrior with the power to control her blood, which she manifests into a sword; and with low self esteem about her abilities to hunt youmu, Mirai constantly uses Akihito as target practice. In hopes of being left alone, Akihito must now help Mirai gain confidence to take down sinister youmu.
both animes focus on the trubles of a half demon who sufferes from his demon side, which tends to go berserk.and both protagonists end up being targeted by some kind of organisation.the animation-style is pretty similar, even though Kyoukai no kanata uses newer technic which makes watching it an experience.the quantity of humor is also quite similar, though KnK won't use as much comic relieve. instead the drama and action is focused on some more.
Both series involve demons and are full of actoin. The demons are quite alike in a lot of ways, they are scarry draw and evil. I hope you will watch them both!
Both have 'cursed' main characters, fights against demons, morally ambiguous demons, great fights, fantastic animation, and a stellar OST.
