Since both series deal with demon-fighting/eliminating protagonists, these two series are a good match for each other. Although the protagonists' gender varies, the plot is somewhat similar.

GANTZ

GANTZ

Much to the annoyance of Kei, he and his childhood friend Katou have died, having been torn apart by a train. But rather than finding themselves at the gates of heaven, the duo materialize in a room full of strangers and a giant black sphere known as GANTZ. As if dying once wasn’t bad enough, the occupants of the room are then forced to embark on dangerous missions to kill strange aliens; missions that very few return from. Now, Kei, Katou, and a well-endowed friend must fight for their freedom with an arsenal of guns, high powered suits, and a very low chance of survival.

Those two series must be THE recommendation, theme-wise. The main difference between the two series is that GANTZ is a whole lot more serious, realistic and mature than Bleach, which is fiarly lighthearted and childish (compared with GANTZ ofcourse.)

InuYasha The Movie 1: Affections Touching Across Time

Even after mastering the ultimate attack of the demon sword Tetsusaiga, can Inuyasha do what his father couldn’t and finish off this monstrous demonic power, or is every soul in the world doomed to be consumed by it?

High school life and fighting including magic/unique powers and abilities. The are some differences though... Psychic Academy clearly has quite a bit more fanservice and focusses somewhat less on fighting. You should keep in mind that Bleach has a whole lot slower pace as compared to Psychic Academy, as Psychic Academy have only short episodes.

Like action? A hero and his friends fighting for what they believe in? How about some good old fasion brawling? If you like Bleach, Flame of Recca should be like meeting an old friend. Loveable characters, some decent action, and a pace that doesn't slow down. And don't forget the hair! Seriously, if you liked one, watching the other will definantly be worth your while.
