Synopsis:

When freelance reporter Sybel finds out about a potentially hot scoop involving a crashed military plane, she has no idea what she is about to get herself into. Both of these are old cyberpunk OVAs, involving corruption in government, deadly robots, sexy girls, and an adequate slice of action. Armitage III has more when it comes to story and characters, but Black Magic M-66 one-ups it on the action quotient.

It's all about the mothering instinct - when there's something nasty out to get the little girl, biology takes control, even over the toughest of women. Don't worry though, with Lakia to protect Leina from the terrorists, and Sybel to keep the murderous robots off Feris, everything will turn out okay in the end. Not before you've had your dose of action though.

There are dangerous robots on the loose. We're talking, fighting, blood, explosions, scary cyborg chicks, existential ponderings (kinda) and classy 80s music. Black Magic and A.D. Police are both punk ass and a lot of fun... not suitable for little sisters though.
