Ashita no Nadja and Kaleido Star have lots of similarities. The most obvious one is the main character being a girl who loves the circus and to perform. In both you'll find great side characters and a plot that will addict you.

They both have a sense of 'family without a family'. About being close to your friends, when being close to your family is difficult.

Ashita and Tohru have very similar, upbeat outlooks on life. In both series the girls face dramatic trials and answer them with love and affection. This makes the feel of both Animes very similar, and anyone who enjoyed one will appreciate the other!

Both Anne and Nadja grow up as orphans, and go through both hardships and miracles. Both are historical anime and so if you like Anne, you'd might like Ashita no Nadja.
