Ashita no Nadja

Amidst a beautiful sunset, Shu is violently whisked away to a grim future devoid of water, and empty of hope; a place where children are forced to become soldiers, and kill countless others in the name of King Hamdo. Shu's companion is a mysterious girl named La La Ru, who may hold the key to survival. Now, he must concentrate on the only things that matter: escaping Hellywood, and finding a way home.

Fourteen-year-old Jean was just an ordinary would-be inventor, until the mysterious Nadia crashed into his life. With no family, a pet lion and a jewel known as the Blue Water, Nadia is constantly on the run from those who want to steal her most valuable gem. Now, with a trio of thieves and the nefarious organization known as Gargoyle on their trail, Jean and Nadia must struggle to learn the secret of the Blue Water and protect its powers from those who would use them to destroy the world!

Tomoya Okazaki is a third-year high school student who is generally bored with life and doesn't take his studies, future, or anything else seriously. One day, however, he meets a lonely-looking girl in the school courtyard, Nagisa Furukawa. She explains to him the source of her loneliness: she had missed a lot of the previous school year and thus is repeating her third year; everybody that she knew has already graduated, and she is lonely. Tomoya is rather indifferent at first, but decides that he has nothing better to do and spends increasingly more time helping Nagisa restore the school drama club. As his relationship with Nagisa grows, Tomoya begins to open up to various other people around the school as well...
