Ikko's trials as a monk in training continue, as the story behind his mystical holy powers begins to unfold. To protect Ikko – and their decency – the nuns of his temple try in vain to stop him from using his powers – powers that have an embarrassing tendency to awaken with his lust for earthly pleasures. But though some may view them as evil, not all temples think Ikko’s powers are dangerous. Enter Kazuki Kazusano, a girl from a rival temple whose mission is to awaken Ikko’s powers at all cost, even if it means losing her clothes in the process!
Tenchi was just a typical high school student with an ordinary life, until one day he accidentally released a beautiful yet angry demon named Ryoko from her sealed prison… and thus his troubles began! In a typical fashion, Ryoko barges into Tenchi’s life and home; but unfortunately, she won’t be the only one. With two princesses, a bumbling intergalactic police woman and a maniacal mad scientist entering the mix, Tenchi has his hands full. Will any of the girls succeed in claiming our young hero for her own? And more importantly, which one will Tenchi choose?
Tenchi Muyo! offers a more high charged version of sexual humor but lacks a fully developed storyline, mostly because it ends rather abruptly on episode 13. The viewer will find similar character types between Tenchi Muyo! and Amaenaideo!! Katsu!! In Tenchi Muyo! it is actually the girls (who are aliens, not nuns) who are interested in Tenchi (the equivalent of Ikko). You should find the characters of Tenchi Muyo! enjoyable and familiar yet different enough to not make it feel like another episode of Amaenaideyo!! Katsu!!
Deep in the mountains, isolated from civilization, there is a boys-only school that will finally be receiving its first class of girls in an attempt to transform the school into a co-ed one. Most of the boys have never been in contact with girls of their own age, leading to an explosion of hormonal craziness. From the sickeningly perverted fetishist guys, to a rather odd girl that seems to be chasing the most normal guy in the school for reasons known only to her, there's twisted humor to be had.
Green Green and Amaenaide yo Katsu share obvious similarities. Tons of ecchi and the violent retribution for acting upon those urges that come with it! It might seem like a complete genre i'm describing here. But the amount of ecchi that's on display here don't make for a lot of reccomendations. Yet Green Green is definitely very similar!
Samatarou is the son of God and is currently living on Earth with his family and guardian angel named Tenko, in order to better understand humans. Having God as his father means that everything always goes the way Samatarou wants; and as a result, he has been unable to enjoy his life among humans and wishes nothing more than to live life as a normal human being. Suddenly, one day a new girl transfers to his class and he develops a crush on her at first sight. How is he supposed to win her heart on his own when his whole family tries to do everything for him? And is it really just friendship that he feels towards the angel who is always by his side?
Katsu was definitelymy favourite of the Amaenaideyo!! series, and had me chuckling all of the time. Kamisama was exactly the same.
If you like your ecchi with a bit more of a storyline, these shows are for you. Both look at the spiritual side of life and the trials and tribulations of having powers.
There is a lot less T&A in Kamisama, but the perverted moments are very funny. If you like one, you are sure to enjoy the other.
When they were young, Kazuki and her older sister Hatsune had Yuuji and his little sister Marie as next door neighbors; and while Kazuki developed a crush Yuuji, he and his family moved away for ten years, much to her dismay. Now, the duo is finally returning, and Kazuki eagerly awaits his arrival; she still has a crush on him, and wants to finally confess her love to the handsome and debonair man that Kazuki has become – or has he? Unfortunately for Kazuki, Yuuji has “evolved” into a typical teenage pervert who can’t keep his hands off her. Family isn’t much help, as Hatsune helps Yuuji at every chance she can get, while Marie and her air gun are ready to lay down the law at a moment’s notice. With hormones raging and hands groping, will Kazuki retain her feelings for Yuuji?
Tonagura and Amaenaide yo Katsu not only have an overdose of ecchi in common, the main characters are both genuine perverts that need a lot of punishing. To keep things going, a small story has been added, but nothing serious enough to take the focus of the hilarity and ecchiness - which is the reason someone likes these two anime. All in all, these two anime go hand in hand.
