Kakeru Daichi is an openly perverted sixteen-year-old boy who has never had a girlfriend. One night, after a refreshing shower, the boy decides to have a drink and opens up a can of melon soda; but his first sip turns into his first kiss as the can suddenly transforms into a cute girl! After his initial hesitance to acknowledge her existence, Kakeru - as her new owner - names the girl Melon and allows her to stay. Melon, as it turns out, is part of a government project in which aluminium and steel 'Akikans' fight each other to determine which is the superior type of can. Completely against the idea, Kakeru insists that Melon will not fight. Though with the appearance of Budoko, a grape juice Akikan; and Yell, a sports-drink Akikan; it seems that they won’t be able to avoid the battles forever.
Having failed to earn admission to a university, Hideki Motosuwa has moved to the big city, determined to study his hardest for next year's exams. However, an unusual distraction presents itself one unsuspecting day in the form of Chii, a robotic young girl that has been discarded in the trash. In a world where an increasing number of people turn to these 'persocoms' for company, the bonds and limits of human relationships are tested as flesh manages to fall in love with the machine itself...
Similar in that its a non-human girl and love develops between human & non-human. Akikan is less dramatic in romance and has some action though. I enjoyed both. :)
In both shows the MC finds a girl and takes her home to learn how to live in society, chobits is more focused on the slice-of-life & story part and doesn't have that much action as akikan has but both feature comedy and ecchi so if you liked one you'll probably like the other.
On a day that seemed ordinary, a spaceship crash landed in Tokyo bay, filled to the brim with beautiful aliens that would come to be known as DearS. Since that day, though all of Japan seems to have gone DearS-crazy, one high school boy named Takeya it still not impressed by the phenomenon. But things change for Takeya when he finds a lone DearS girl on the side of the road, who forces herself into his apartment, and his life! Now, he must brave a plethora of complications, misunderstandings, and embarassments, when all he wants to do is be left alone!
Both anime have their girls, who, having very special origins, end up in the house of a young guy, claiming that they are guys' own from the moment they have kissed them, and from that moment on, they have to fight for their master, with who they eventually will build up a close relationship.
In both shows the MC randomly 'finds' a girl and takes her home both MC's are called master and they teach the girl they find how to live in society. Both girls have special powers and both shows have tons of ecchi if you liked one you'll probably like the other as well.
Tomoe, Risty, Echidna, Iruma, Ymil, Cattleya and the other busty, scantily-clad warriors are back, and ready to compete in the Queen’s Blade tournament; also joining the fray is angel from heaven Nanael. With no knowledge of who they’ll be called to fight and if they’ll live to tell another day, the girls will have to deal with tentacles, acid-spitting mammaries, plentiful groping and endless exposing situations to jiggle their way to the top of the competition!
Are you looking for animes with heavy ecchi aspects and some action/fighting aspects? Look no further, both Akikan and Queen's Blade: Gyokuza wo Tsugomono are the same in terms of anime genres but different in terms of "story" (if it has one) and plot.Even though this two have many differences they are quite similar in what i mentioned above so the thing is that if you like one of them then you might like the other one as well
There is nothing ecchier without being extremely explicit than Akikan and Queen's Blade: Gyokuza wo Tsugomono. Not however similar in storyline but both involve some intense action and fighting scenes to make up for it.
When Mikuri Tomokazu fell asleep on his 16th birthday, he expected to dream of girls and happy places -- but instead found himself on a strange battlefield in a desolate world! Now, Mikuri is saddled with the responsibility of saving the both the human and dream worlds from forces that could spell their destruction! But, more importantly, he is also saddled with a legion of adoring voluptuous girls. Questions abound: Who will Mikuri grope next? Will he ever score? And, less importantly, will the world be destroyed?
Both shows are all about girls that have strange powers and have a male that must help them achieve their goals. This male is clearly getting into trouble all the time with boob groping and other ecchi filled things. Neither has an overly interesting plot to it but if you are in it just to get your ecchi fill both will satisfy that need. check out one if you liked the other.
Both shows have an random girl show up at the MC house, and in both shows the girls fight to achieve their goals. They also have a lot of ecchi and no real story progression. If you liked one you'll probably like the other.
