One day, after a visit to his parents' grave, Teppei Arima spies a damsel in distress, and nobly saves her from a gang of thugs. Relieved and grateful, she introduces herself as Princess Charlotte Hazelrink. Thinking nothing more of this, Teppei soon receives a surprise call from his grandfather, informing him that he is the heir to the Arima business empire and therefore one of the richest men on the planet! Teppei is introduced to his personal maid, Yuu, and various blue-bloods, among them his arranged fiancee, Sylvia - a fencer with a tongue as sharp as her blade. At school the next day, Teppei meets more new faces, including the snooty Seika Houjouin, and - much to his surprise - Princess Charlotte Hazelrink. Still awkward and uncouth, Teppei must somehow adjust to high society. With girls pursuing him at every turn, however, that may be the least of his concerns...
Both are about a boy who finds out he has a fiancee.
They both play out in school most of the storie and a couple of girls are making it the boy difficult to accept his marrige arrengements.
So if you are for stories about a boy who has to pick the girl he loves out of a lot of girls whit some ecchi moments and a lot of humour i think you love both stories
The main character in each series is thrust into the very ecchi world of the rich and powerful, and must deal with the reality of being presented with a fiancee whom he has never met, while surrounded by a complicating harem. The same type of anime overall, both of these rely on ecchi moments and humor through absurdity.
both Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka and Princess Lover! feature a male protagonist who finds out that he actualy has a fiancee. Both shows are harem based with ecchi themes and alot of comedy plus some romantic aspects. In both shows the male lead is also pursued by other female protagonists making difficult for him to accept his marriage arrangement. If you liked one of this show for sure you will enjoy the other one as well.
Shungo is an extraordinary high school student; in addition to his studies, he’s been trained by his mercenary sister to be a top mercenary. Their newest task involves the Tsukimura siblings; both of them have the powers of a succubus, but Mayu has a slight problem: she suffers from androphobia – a fear of men! Shungo’s new objective is to help Mayu overcome this phobia and protect her from the men her succubus powers naturally draw to her; but this becomes more difficult once he becomes the guinea pig for social experiments involving Mayu, such as sharing the same bed and even bathing together! To make matters worse, the ever-growing popularity of Mayu at school and the student council president’s infatuation with Shungo only add to his workload!
I think these animes are similar, in both there is a nice guy who's haveing peaceful life. Suddenly there appears a troublesome girl. Boy is saveing her from any dangers.
There's lot of fun.
Both of these are supremely generic ecchi harem series, with the common theme of living under one roof with a girl that appears out of nowhere for some convoluted reason.
Morimiya Yorito is a normal student who has an abnormal obsession for the sky. One day, he meets a strange girl named Shihou Matsuri who shares his interest, but as fate may have it, she isn't a human; Matsuri is a Yaka -- a "woe of the night" -- who is immortal and cannot stand the sunlight. A strange man is chasing Matsuri, to use her powers, so Yorito decides to help her hide. What are the strange man's plans, and what secrets does Yorito's sister hide?
Recommending Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka to the series Sola.
For, Akane-Iro, Junichi is striked as GENI KILLA, sounds familar to DeathNote: Kira; but he is striked down with a fianc'e--Which is simular to Yorito in Sola. In both Series there is a build up of Relationships that end up kinda pointless...
In both of these series, there is serious problems with lying to each other and everyone (which covers years and not little white lies...)... And these lying happens to both Junichi and Yorito from there sisters. Which could be Your already dead to Im not really your sister... Both of the sisters Love there brother (which differ in severity)... There is even a third party that tries to intervien--and also a second third party, but there is no plot or growth for the second third party in either series LOL ... poor mina-san and that rich girl from Akane-iro i think Ayanokii.
Both of the animes revolves around simular situations. I'd like to say you should watch the other series that I recommended.
A NOTE FOR THE ADMINS: Akane-iro series is over at 12, but it says 12+.....
Lying (or with holding all of the truth) leads to misunderstandings. Perfectly citing this point are none other than Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka and Sola. This mainly revolves around the sisters of both Yorito and Junichi not being entirely honest with the, creating more of a mess than they are already in.
There’s never a dull day in lives of the Hekiyou Academy student council! President Kurimu has a sweet tooth and neglects her duties with ease, while secretary Chizuru skillfully manipulates those around her. Otaku Mafuyu obsesses over writing online walkthroughs, and is constantly hounded by Ken, the only male of their crew and an eroge addict who has the ultimate goal to turn the entire council into his harem. Luckily for Mafuyu she’s protected from his advances by Minatsu, her sporty and tomboyish sister! Together, the five repeatedly struggle in their fight against boredom, making constant otaku references and fighting against the journalism club along the way!
both Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka and Seitokai no Ichizon have many things in common, both are settled in a school life aspect, both feature a similar animation style (pointing especialy at character designs) and the same genre aspects both of them concentrating on comedy (better developed in Seitokai no Ichizon). If you like one of them then be sure to check the other one as well.
Both anime develop in the school and they have a similar character design. If you like commedy and harem anime you must watch them

both Da Capo S.S. and Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka feature an incest theme, love relationship between siblings, even though the siblings are not blood related in both shows. Both of them are romantic comedies, which feature some ecchi aspects and harem themes. While Da Capo S.S. changes from a funny comedy to a sorrowful drama, Akane-Iro ni Somaru Saka maintains its humour until the end. Still if you liked one of this show then check the other one as well.
Incest ending, kinda
Thats about all...to be honest if Akane didn't have the incest I would like it way better...: (
No sex, just partial and some nudity in both kinda
And really bad ending if you finish Da Capo Second Season....
