Air Master and HnI are must-see anime. The main characters are on a nonstop chase to be the best, and they love to fight.  From start to finish both anime go back and forth from training and fighting to becoming closer to being number one in their sport. One takes place in the street and the other takes place in the ring, but both involve a main character who is working hard to be the best.

Radaghast

The first 30 episodes of Hunter × Hunter are about the main characters doing their best in competing with one another and otherwise overcoming the obstacles in order to get the Hunter License. In that sense you will find a lot of similarities with Air Master.

However, Gon, the main character there, is a very determined little boy, as opposed to grown up girl Maki, who is clueless and undecisive.

This recommendation is based on the intenseness of fights. The fights in Air master are not exactly equally intense as in Jubei-Chan 2 because they don't use swords to fight each other. The fights in air master have a different kind of intensity, which at times can be greater then the intensity in Jubei-Chan.

Martial arts in anime are can be a great thing if they just don't go overboard and give the character unbelievable power. Bought shows are very good from the marital arts aspect believable, well executed and non repetitive. Although Legend of Condor Hero has a lot more of a story it doesn't have the comedic factor that is present in Air Master.
