MaraRuizu

Both are school girl slice-of-life series with elements of friendship , romance, one-sided feelings and a lot of cuteness.

Etue

both have female leads that are generally up and fun with their lives. Both are different magnitudes of airheaded. While Run definetly is beyond saving Tamako is quite capable in most situations. Both series have a romantic sub-plot with some similar developments but are not the main thing in both shows. Both series use cute character designs to appeal to it's audience.

ThePatches

Using similar visual conceits and a more diverse cast, Acchi Kocchi delivers what A-Channel promises. Both shows use normal school life situations to create moments of relaxed humor, but the more antagonistic interactions in Acchi Kocchi mean the vein is much richer. Also, tsundere fans will find Tsumiki a greater delight than Tooru by a mile.

Hasegawa Kodaka has transferred schools, and he's having a hard time making friends. It doesn't help that his blond hair tends to make people think he's a delinquent. One day, he runs into his bad-tempered solitary classmate Yozora while she's talking animatedly to her imaginary friend Tomo. Realizing that neither of them have any actual friends, they decide that the best way to alter this situation is to form a club and start recruiting. That is how "Rinjinbu", The Neighbours' Club, was formed, a club specifically designed for people who don't have very many friends. As other lonely classmates slowly join their little club, they'll try to learn how to build friendships through cooking together, playing games, and other group activities. But will this group of relationship-challenged misfits really be able to get along?

CrimsonSunShine

A Channel and Mitsudomoe have similar comedy aspects, as well as similar characters. The slice of life randomness keeps you giggling, as you watch the girls from both series live their fun filled lives. Though, in Mitsudomoe the main cast is three young sisters, while in A Channel it is four high school students, they remind me of each other in many ways!

Nichijou TV

Nichijou TV

Yuuko, Mio and Mai are regular high school girls who lead a normal everyday life. However, with bizarre explosions causing random objects to rain down on their heads, lunch turning into an epic battle between girl and wiener, and students riding to school on goats, their lives are anything but ordinary. Meanwhile android Nano spends her days wishing she were a normal human, but keeping house for her creator, the playful and immature child genius Hakase, dealing with talking cat Sakamoto, and trying to keep a hold of her multitude of easily-detachable body parts, her dream is far from a reality...

Nichijou TV and A-Channel are both school-centered, slice-of-life comedy animes with no real focal point in mind.  They are both lighthearted comedies that are fun to watch.
